The front space of Lokal Gallery temporarily takes the form of a teahouse, where, alongside Rutsuko Sakata’s and Kari Virtanen’s tearoom installation, meditative works by artists and makers from Helsinki and Fiskars are on display.

In addition, the exhibition also features an assortment of handmade teaware and products related to tea culture.

Together with Théhuone from Helsinki, the gallery organized several interactive tea events during the exhibition.
