Shipping

Free pick up available in Alppiharju - Helsinki, Finland. Send us an email to oi@danielleyukari.com with your order number to arrange a refund of the shipping fee and schedule a pick up time.

Orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed. Domestic and international shipping available through UPS.

UPS Standard        1-5 Business Days
UPS Saver              Next Day to 4 Business Days
UPS Express          Next Day to 3 Business Days

Please note that orders sent to outside of EU countries are subject to custom and duty fees, accordinly to the country of destination. The customer is responsible for reviewing and paying any of these costs to get the order released and delivered to its final destination.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at oi@danielleyukari.com within 2 days of delivery with images of your damaged piece and package. We will provide a replacement or refund.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, item can be returned for store credit only, no cash refund. Buyer pays for any additional shipping costs. Please email to oi@danielleyukari.com within 2 days of the delivery date to arrange the return.
